This development is located on Watercourse Road, and extends across two public laneways. The development consists of a basement carpark, over which there are a series of mixed-use blocks between the laneways. The basement carpark covers the entire footprint of the site (including laneways), and can accommodate up to 400 spaces. The overhead blocks vary from 4 to 5 storey, and are of mixed use, such as commercial, crèche, retail and residential and are supported at ground level by a reinforced concrete transfer structure.
