Restoration and Refurbishment of late Victorian mansion for use as Government Guest House.

This project included the in-depth assessment of structure and fabric including stone, external renders, damp penetration, wood decay, roofs, floors, drainage, chimneys etc. Strategy Report by Engineers was followed by various specialist reports leading to specific recommendations for structure and fabric work including some modern interventions (swimming pool, lift, kitchen, toilets etc.) and restoration of a number of elements including the large 19th century conservatory.
