Horganlynch Consulting Engineers (HLCE Limited) are specialists in Civil, Structural Design and Project Management. Founded in 1970 by Michael Horgan & Donal Lynch, Horganlynch brings almost 50 years of knowledge and experience in Engineering Consultancy to all projects taken on. The Directors of HLCE limited are Pat Brady, Kevin Callaghan, Niall FitzGerald, Karel Murphy and Michael Shortall each have a wealth of senior management and consultancy experience, and bring a varied and wide range of specialist skills to the company.
The Practice has a base core of highly experienced and committed Engineers, Technicians and Detailers, who form the nucleus of all project teams. The Practice has carried out significant work in the fields of civil and structural engineering for both the state and private sectors. To date, in excess of €3 billion of development work has been constructed, covering a wide variety of projects including Education, Health Care, Pharmaceutical, Sport and Recreation, Civil & Municipal, Cultural, Residential, Commercial among many other sectors.
